This Stormwater Management Program Plan (SWMP) outlines the strategies for Northwest Community Schools to reduce the discharge of pollutants from its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) and protect water quality. The plan is structured around six minimum control measures: Public Participation/Involvement, Public Education, Illicit Discharge Elimination, Construction Stormwater Runoff Control, Post-Construction Stormwater Controls, and Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping.
