Additionally, the commission addressed key sports gaming employee license applications and skill-based amusement machine operator license applications. The meeting also involved final orders regarding casino gaming employee licenses, including denials, closures, and revocations, as well as joint casino gaming and sports gaming final orders. The Commissioners recognized and honored Stuart Koeppe and Catharine Abbott for their service to the Commission. Finally, the commission moved into an executive session to discuss pending litigation related to KalshiEx LLC v. Schuler, et al.
