Additionally, there was a public hearing for the ordinance to adopt the 2019 revised budget for the town of Parker and a public hearing for most of lot for gobblers knob subdivision use by special review for exotic pet boarding.

The meeting included discussions and public hearings regarding the Lincoln Professional Park zoning, focusing on a proposal to zone 8.07 acres for modified commercial use. The proposal aims to create a unified zoning for the area, ensure economic expansion, and support new businesses.
