The State Board of Education is considering a request from Tallahassee State College (TSC) to offer a Bachelor of Applied Science in Audit and Compliance Management. The proposed degree program aims to prepare graduates for roles in government agencies, healthcare systems, financial institutions, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations. Market projections suggest a demand for these skills in TSC's service area, with no similar programs currently available. The proposal has garnered support from Florida State University, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and various industry partners.
