The Council meeting involved several key discussions and approvals. Presentations were received regarding an update from the Member of the Legislative Assembly for Leduc-Beaumont, the Dr. Woods' House Museum operations, the 2027-2030 Strategic Plan, and an annual update from the Leduc Parks, Recreation and Culture Board. Council held a public hearing for the replacement of the NE33 Outline Plan and subsequently approved the Anderson/Leduc Landing Outline Plan. During a closed session, Council discussed a personnel matter, the Citizens of Distinction - Mayor's Choice Award candidates, and held a workshop on the Land Use Bylaw Renewal Project.

Key actions included approving a flag-raising request for the Filipino-Canadian Association of Leduc and deciding to co-sponsor a resolution regarding municipal infrastructure investment for the upcoming ABMunis conference. Several bylaws were processed, including redistricting matters. The Council received an annual update from the Leduc Environmental Advisory Board, resulting in a directive for a biodiversity study, and received reports on local events. Additionally, a closed session was held to discuss personnel matters and a reappointment to the Edmonton Regional Airports Authority Board of Directors, which was subsequently ratified in the open session.
