Planning Commission of the City of Jurupa Valley Public Hearing
The Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider a master application for a Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity (PCN). This determination would allow Sprouts Farmers Market, located at 8054 Limonite Avenue, to obtain a Type 20 license for the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption. The project was determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act as an existing facility. The Commission reviewed findings regarding the project's compatibility with the surrounding area, its potential to enhance economic viability, and the applicant's commitment to operational standards, security measures, and alcohol sales training.
