This Strategic Playbook outlines the Capitol Region Council of Governments' (CRCOG) commitment to enhancing the quality of life, vibrancy, and vitality of the Greater Hartford region. It is structured around eight strategic priorities: Governance and Communication, Federal Infrastructure Funding, Economic Vitality, Regional Housing Strategy, Regional Environmental Services, Coordinated Road Safety and Multi-use Trail Projects, Enhanced Bus and Rail Service, and Public Sector Workforce Development, Shared Services, and Direct Services.
