The meeting included discussion and approval of previous meeting minutes, change orders and pay applications for the County Board/City Council Office Remodel, and the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract for the PBC Parking Garage Expansion. Also covered were a security update, general voucher approval for October 2025, PBC Bond Resolution 138, a personal property damage claim, a parking services agreement during construction, and the use of courtrooms for a UNL Law trial advocacy class. Contract approvals included amendments for electrical, fire and security alarm testing, facility MRO, industrial, building related supplies and equipment, maintenance, repair, operating MRO supplies, industrial supplies and related products, paint and related products. The administrative staff provided a report, and the next meeting was confirmed for December 9, 2025. A public comment period was also held.
