Adhering to Texas high-quality prekindergarten standards, the plan outlines proactive strategies including mandatory home visits, parent empowerment workshops covering system navigation and academic growth, and consistent communication. It focuses on academic standards such as full-day instruction, data-driven learning, and a dual language approach. Strategic initiatives are structured around five pillars: providing campus resources, empowering families as advocates, increasing staff capacity, enabling direct superintendent engagement, and developing systems for active parent partnership.
