Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utility Commission Regular Meeting
The Commission discussed several agenda items including the execution of agreements for water and sanitary sewer improvements in various developments, the awarding of a contract for sanitary sewer mainline inspection and cleaning, and the awarding of a purchase order for brass fittings. Additionally, the Commission considered the abandonment and relocation of a permanent access easement for land development, reviewed an updated list of capital projects to be financed by system development fee revenues, approved an interlocal agreement regarding the Forsyth Soil & Water Conservation District, and considered a waiver of accrued rent for the use of a water tank site.
