The Planning Commission meeting addressed several rezoning and variance requests. Key items included a rezoning request for a two-lot residential subdivision on County Line-Auburn Road, a request to rezone a property on Bowman Mill Road to Agriculture for a hobby farm, and a request to rezone a property on Dogwood Trail for a five-lot residential subdivision, which included variance requests for road frontage and a shared driveway. The commission held a public hearing regarding a rezoning request for approximately 2.50 acres at 1872 Parker Drive, transitioning the property from Agriculture (AG) to Agriculture Residential (AR) to facilitate a realignment of property lines. The request was approved with the stipulation that the final plat reflecting the adjustment must be recorded prior to the issuance of any future building permits.
