The board approved a resolution for the issuance of $8,500,000 in General Obligation Building Fund Bonds. The purpose of these bonds is to fund a construction and remodeling project for the school district, which includes new classrooms, administrative offices, kitchen and cafeteria space, as well as mechanical and electrical upgrades. The resolution outlines the tax levies dedicated to bond repayment and establishes a 60-day protest period during which property owners can submit written objections.
