The plan is structured around six primary categories: Facilities, Bicycle/Pedestrian, Major Road Projects, Street Resurfacing, Street Lights, and Aesthetics, with the goal of ensuring the community's continued prosperity.

The Regular Village Board Meeting agenda included routine items such as the Pledge of Allegiance and reports from the Mayor and Board of Trustees, as well as the review of accounts payable warrants totaling $563,681.76. The meeting included consideration to adopt Resolution No. 58-25, authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to execute a Temporary Construction License Agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village and SG Elk Grove, LLC, for property located at 610 Meacham Road. This agreement allows SG Elk Grove to demolish portions of the property and place a temporary trailer and generator for use as a construction office, pending the adoption of a Purchase, Sale, and Redevelopment Agreement.
