City Council Regular Meeting
The City Council meeting covered several legislative and administrative actions. Key items included the authorization of an agreement with Main Street Mexico, Inc. for downtown revitalization and community services, and an agreement with the Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce for tourism funding via the Eat, Shop, Play app. The Council approved a resolution for the demolition of the former Hardin Gym, awarding the contract to Donaldson Excavating.
