This document outlines the strategic plan for Vidalia City Schools, based on the mission to 'Invest in Relationships, Ignite Learning, Inspire Excellence, and Impact Community.' The Vidalia City Board of Education announced a proposed property tax increase for City of Vidalia citizens, which will require an increase in property taxes by 1.25 percent for Vidalia / Toombs residents and an increase in property taxes by 1.6 percent for Vidalia /Montgomery residents. Concerned citizens are invited to the public hearings on this tax increase.
