Bradford Central School District Board of Education Re-Organizational Meeting
The meeting included the appointment of the District Clerk, Board of Education President and Vice-President. The Board approved various officers for the fiscal year 2024-2025, and appointed individuals and firms for the 2025-2026 school year, including the School Physician, Attorney, and Auditor. The Board also appointed members to the Audit and Finance Sub Committee and the Policy Committee, as well as members to the Committee on Special Education and Pre-School Committee on Special Education. The Board made designations for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, including official depositories and the official newspaper. The Board authorized the Superintendent to approve staff attendance at conferences, employ individuals on an interim basis, and approve budget transfers. Petty Cash Funds and Bonding levels were established. The Board also addressed the protection of the District and its officers, and directed that the existing Policy Manual and Code of Ethics be carried over for the 2025-2026 school year. The Board agreed to participate in cooperative bidding through the local BOCES.
