Board Of Adjustment Meeting
The Board of Adjustment met to discuss several variance requests. Approvals were granted for a 10-foot rear yard setback variance for a proposed triplex at 802 South Louisville Avenue due to special conditions related to the property's double frontage and drainage issues. Additionally, variances were approved for a carport installation at 225 East Circle Drive, which included relief from accessory structure separation and front setback requirements to provide a covered area for student transport vehicles.
