The activation of a new program, Medical Assistant AS Degree was discussed. The approval of a Sole Source purchase of 3 Virtual Human Dissector Tables was requested. The board was requested to approve 25 semi-annual contracts ending during the January -- June 2026 timeframe. The President and Vice Chair presented their reports.

The Board Chair shared information about the 2025 ACCT Leadership Congress and Committee Assignments.
