The Council approved various consent items, including grant acceptances for police safety vests, traffic safety, and airport pavement management, as well as an intergovernmental agreement for the administration of transaction privilege tax. New business included the recommendation of a restaurant liquor license, approval of a preliminary development plan for a twin home project, the authorization of an intergovernmental agreement with Navajo County for a regional drainage detention facility at the City Park, and the award of a construction contract for the aquatic center restroom remodel.
