The plan's vision aims to maintain, enhance, and promote the borough's clean, safe, and green neighborhoods and downtown, preserve traditional development patterns, foster sustainable businesses, and uphold the quality of elementary schools, parks/recreation, utilities, services, interconnected transportation, and important historic and natural heritage.
