Allen County Local Emergency Planning Committee Meeting Minutes

The Committee reviewed financial reports and discussed the update of the LEPC Hazardous Materials Fixed Facility Plan. Planning for an upcoming full-scale exercise was conducted, including approval of budget allocations for necessary equipment rentals. The Committee also addressed communication strategies with Tier II reporting facilities, discussed a funding request concerning the disposal of damaged consumer lithium-ion batteries, and received updates on Tier II reporting compliance.
