The Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the rezoning of an outparcel at 4241 Center Road from Senior Residence District to General Commercial District. Additionally, the Commission reviewed and recommended approval for revised text amendments concerning the Southwest Neighborhood of Brunswick Town Center, including stipulations for fence installation and maintenance responsibilities. A discussion site plan for a retail center at 3459 Center Road was tabled at the applicant's request to allow for the submission of a revised plan incorporating specified pedestrian amenities and landscaping improvements.

The meeting included discussions on the Corsica home model for The Reserve at Autumn Creek Subdivision, the review of a site plan for the Sposit business campus with consideration for potential road widening, and a review of the revised preliminary subdivision plan for the Creek Run Subdivision regarding flood elevation and line-of-sight requirements.
