The Susquehanna Community School District's AI Master Playbook is a living roadmap for integrating Artificial Intelligence ethically and effectively into teaching, learning, and operations. It is guided by principles of purposefulness, equity, human-centered design, safety, transparency, and future-readiness. The playbook outlines a five-phase district framework for AI integration (Research & Planning, Policy & Governance, Professional Learning, Pilot Implementation, Evaluation & Scaling) and details seven instructional roles for AI.
