Algonquin College Strategic Plan 2019-2022
The 2019-2022 Algonquin College International Strategic Plan focuses on developing globally minded learners with the skills and experience to build sustainable, diverse communities. Key areas of focus include enhancing the international student experience, achieving sustainable growth in international education, and promoting global citizenship among both domestic and international students and faculty. The plan aims to increase international student enrollment, expand transnational education opportunities, and boost student and faculty mobility. Success will be measured by increased student satisfaction, financial sustainability, and the development of a college-wide culture that values internationalization.
