The Saraland Planning Commission meeting addressed several key items. Public hearings and reviews were conducted for multiple subdivision plats, including those at 300 Saraland Ave, 247 Saraland Ave, 108 Saraland Blvd, and Radcliff Rd. A rezoning petition for a multi-tenant commercial business facility at 527 Saraland Blvd S was also approved, subject to compliance with the city's master plan. A site plan for a gun store at 123 Park Dr was approved. A site plan revision for a drive-thru at Chicken Salad Chick was approved, contingent upon completion of road/drive-thru widening. Finally, a site variance for a wood fence at 505 Celeste Rd (Rehm Animal Clinic) was approved.
