The strategic plan outlines eight key areas of focus. These include developing programs to shape character and build skills for all students, utilizing assessment measures to monitor student performance, maximizing learning opportunities through site-based management of funds and resources, and implementing technology to build skills and facilitate district operations. Further goals include enhancing communication between the district, parents, and communities, recruiting and retaining qualified staff, providing quality staff development programs, and maintaining and improving facilities to ensure a safe learning environment.
