The Pima JTED five-year strategic plan aims to empower every student through innovative career and technical education, striving to make the district nationally acclaimed and a key economic development driver for Southern Arizona. The plan is structured around six strategic priorities: championing student success, nurturing partnerships, ensuring data-driven fiscal responsibility, enhancing infrastructure and processes, recruiting and supporting exceptional staff, and engaging through transparent communication. This strategy envisions a future where all students can pursue their dreams, achieve meaningful credentials, and enter high-wage, high-skill careers.
