Olin College Strategic Plan 2022-2027
Olin College's 2022-2027 Strategic Plan centers on the vision of "Engineering for Everyone." This encompasses broadening participation in engineering education and ensuring the profession serves all of society. The plan promotes an "Impact-centered Education," emphasizing real-world application, transdisciplinary approaches, and a focus on creating positive societal impact. Four key goals support this vision: establishing a sustainable financial and operational model; implementing an impact-centered curriculum; fostering an aligned community that values diversity, inclusion, and holistic student development; and building an engine for change through experimentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. The plan aims to cultivate engineers who are not only technically skilled but also possess a strong sense of social responsibility, systems thinking, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to address complex global challenges.
