Cumberland County Prison Board Prison Board Meeting
The meeting included the acceptance of commissary reports, prison and central processing expenditures, and the warden's report for the month of August 2026. The Board approved the submission of an RFP for van services to support transportation for individuals on work release. Additionally, the Board authorized applications for LSA-Statewide and LSA-Category 4 grants to fund surveillance camera upgrades and equipment for mail scanning, along with a letter of intent to use canteen funds to cover the remaining costs of the camera project.
