The board meeting included a review of the agenda and discussion of capital purchases. Updates were provided on credentialing, medical staffing, and quality, leading to the approval of re-credentialing for Betty Mitchell, MD, and Vern Kubiak, DNP, APRN, CNS, PMHNP-BC, RN. New policies and edits to existing policies were presented and approved. Sherlene Traughber was approved for a board seat. The April 2023 write-offs and monthly financial performance were presented and approved.
