The plan aims to foster a mission-driven workplace culture by improving employee retention and engagement, increase student success by enhancing retention and completion rates while reducing equity gaps, strengthen community ties through aligning academic programming with local workforce needs and increasing partnerships, and develop a robust growth plan focusing on enrollment and diverse revenue streams, with an objective to become a minority-serving institution.
