Municipal Licensing and Standards Committee Meeting Minutes
The committee reviewed and made decisions on two Fence By-law exemption applications. The application for 122 Queen Street was approved, permitting fences exceeding the maximum allowed height in the rear and interior side yards. Conversely, the application for 42 Pogson Drive was denied after it was determined that the installed fence violated current by-laws and lacked sufficient justification for an exemption.
