Salisbury Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes
The Board recognized a police lieutenant for graduating from the FBI National Academy and approved a new business license for a fitness center. Appointments were made to the Agricultural Commission, and a contract was renewed for the Executive Assistant to the Town Manager. Presentations were received from the Triton Regional School Committee, the Building Commissioner, and the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board amended the agreement with SCTV to waive facility fees, referred zoning amendments concerning data center moratoriums and beach overlay districts to the Planning Board, and tabled a policy discussion on marijuana social equity. Additionally, the Board conducted public hearings regarding sewer project betterments for Lafayette Road and the installation of a new utility pole, and ratified weekly warrants.
