Swarthmore Borough Work Session
The work session featured reports from multiple committees. The Environment committee provided updates on EV charger operations, tree ordinances, and advocacy for community choice aggregation and artificial turf regulations. The Finance committee reported on the 2026 budget status and authorized wire transfers for debt service and operational expenses. The General Government committee discussed the appointment of a new member to the Human Relations Commission and the memorandum of understanding for the amphitheater enhancement project.
