Town Of Milan Planning Board Meeting Minutes

The board conducted several subdivision and site plan reviews. A public hearing for a 2-lot subdivision on Willow Brook Road was closed following a presentation and site visit. Other applications, including site plans for Senn Yuen Farm, a subdivision application for Cold Spring Hill, and a lot line adjustment for Milan Lots, LLC, were continued to the next meeting. A new public hearing was scheduled for a 1-lot subdivision involving Charles Hapeman and Barbara Hendrickson. Additionally, the board reviewed a lot line adjustment application for Jeffreys Lot Line on Salisbury Turnpike, which included a recusal by the chairman for that item.
