The vision is for a cleaner, safer, and more connected city where residents actively participate in building a stronger community. The plan focuses on six strategic pillars: Keeping Paterson Clean; Economic Development, Small Business, & Tourism; Public Safety & Emergency Preparedness; Health & Human Services; Digital Transformation & Smart City Engagement; and Cultural Affairs & Community Identity. These goals aim to improve quality of life, foster civic participation, and promote Paterson's identity as a vibrant, inclusive, and resilient city.
