The commission discussed plans to increase handicapped parking at the senior center and finalized revisions to the mission and vision statements. Additionally, the commission reviewed a proposal for a new recycling program, received updates on a composting pilot project, and discussed the installation of new garden beds at the senior center. The session concluded with brief discussions on tax service efficiency and celebrations of senior community achievements.

The Planning Board addressed several site plan reviews and public hearings. Topics included the approval of an ANR plan for 33 Arlene Avenue, a parking relief special permit for 64 Industrial Way, and the extension of deadlines for 81G applications and site plan reviews at Safford Street, 278 Lowell Street, 211 Lowell Street, 0 Salem Street, 320 Salem Street, and 251 Ballardvale Street. The Board approved a groundwater protection district special permit for 700 Main Street, established surety for 11 Commonwealth Avenue, and endorsed a definitive subdivision plan for Birch Street.

Key items included the issuance of a determination for deck construction at 1 Rhode Island Road and the approval of the Notice of Intent for the Martins Brook Culvert Replacement following plan revisions. The Commission closed the public hearing for 326 Ballardvale Street and issued an Order of Conditions. Several hearings, including those for 103 Burlington Avenue, 11 Sprucewood Road, 5 Safford Street, and 251 Ballardvale Street, were continued to the April meeting. Additionally, the Commission issued a Certificate of Compliance for 6 Canal Street and discussed enforcement matters and violations concerning 50 & 52 Aldrich Road and 36 Shady Lane Drive.

The Conservation Commission addressed multiple public hearings regarding Notices of Intent for residential and institutional projects, including an addition to a single-family home on Towpath Drive, the construction of a new school at Salem Street, and various continued hearings for properties on Burlington Avenue, Sprucewood Road, and Safford Street. The Commission also issued an Order of Resource Area Delineation for Ballardvale Street, acted on requests for Certificates of Compliance, and discussed enforcement orders and notices of violation for properties on Aldrich Road and Shady Lane Drive.

The committee discussed a reserve fund transfer to address cellular service limitations in the new Town Hall School Administration building. The meeting included a detailed review of the Wilmington Public Schools' FY27 budget, covering personnel services, contractual obligations, special education costs, transportation, capital requests, and grant funding. Additionally, the committee reviewed the Shawsheen Vocational Technical High School budget, discussing adjustments to admissions, special education funding, capital requests, potential MSBA school project financing, and identified several discrepancies in salary and staffing representations within the submitted budget documents.
