The Council conducted a special meeting which included a move to an in-camera session to discuss economic and other interests. Following the return to the regular session, the primary business was the adjudication results for the Aquatic Centre RFP. The Council accepted in principle the indoor pool design option A2.1 from the Western Recreation/Pro-bilt Consortium and directed the Chief Administrative Officer and the Mayor to commence contract negotiations for future review.
