BoardRoanoke Regional Airport Commission Commission Meeting Minutes
The Commission received an executive director's report covering the Signature hangar groundbreaking, ongoing discussions regarding airline services, airport advocacy, and internal administrative changes, including the restructuring of the Public Safety department. A monthly financial report was presented and adopted. Action items included the renewal of the remote attendance and virtual meeting policy, as well as the approval of a right of entry for sidewalk construction by the City of Roanoke. Additionally, the Commission held a closed session to discuss airport infrastructure investment and legal consultation regarding Commission governance. Nominations for Chair and Vice Chair for the upcoming fiscal year were also put forward.
