The Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for guiding service delivery planning and informing funding investments for children, youth, and families in Alachua County. It is built upon the collective wisdom gathered from a 10-month Listening Project concluded in 2023. The plan aims to ensure all children and youth are healthy, educated, and safe, with specific goals that all children and youth have nurturing caregivers, can learn what they need to be successful, and live in a safe community. The overall vision is to facilitate equitable access and opportunities for all children, youth, and families to reach their maximum potential.
