City Council Meeting
The City Council received a briefing from the IT department regarding the implementation of a new iPad-based voting platform. The meeting also included a presentation of several planning items, including zoning and variance requests for various properties: a mixed-use development at 1805 Kempville Road, a garage expansion at 1330 Creedle Road, retail rezoning at 1776 Princess Road and at the intersection of Norfick Avenue and Cypress Avenue, a conditional use permit for a daycare facility at 804 Gamman Road, a facility expansion for an indoor recreation center at 209 First Colonial Road, a home-based wildlife rehabilitation center at 4317 Bengun Road, and a coordinated wayfinding signage package for the local sports center.
