These included a district update on the tree removal process, an owner's project manager update regarding the project schedule and pre-qualification, and a construction manager update covering logistics, site sitework enabling, electrical enabling, and a contract amendment. Furthermore, the designer provided updates on zoning and planning board approvals, sought approval for construction documents and architect reimbursables for irrigation and hydrant flow tests, and presented a computer-generated fly-through of the proposed project design.
