The Council approved several operational and administrative items, including an Emerald Ash Borer management plan and a Joint Memorandum of Understanding regarding dispatch services with regional partners. Additionally, a resolution was passed to support the exploration of a Regional Water System in Wilkin County. The Council also authorized a state contract and approved a Small Cities Administrative agreement with the Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
