Kentucky Board of Dentistry Regular Meeting
The board reviewed reports from the Law Enforcement Committee regarding complaints and investigations, as well as the Consolidated Review Committee's progress on proposed regulation revisions and the scheduling of upcoming public hearings. External reports included updates on dental reeducation services, rural health initiatives, and activities of the Kentucky Dental Association. The Executive Director presented a financial status update, a legislative review concerning the Dental Practice Act, results from the annual continuing education audit, and the list of nominees for board elections. Additional discussion items included the finalization of a licensee well-being assistance program, adjustments to board staffing and compensation, and the establishment of new committees.
