Public hearings were held regarding a proposed amendment to Section 5-11-6(E) of the Village's zoning ordinance to permit aggregate, ground, and pole sign area variances. Discussions centered on signage square footage for a proposed dual-brand hotel development (Green Township Hospitality, LLC), leading to a decision to recess and continue the public hearing to April 8, 2025.
