It details the findings of an ADA assessment conducted in 2018, establishes prioritization criteria for sidewalk replacement and repair, introduces a 40/60 cost-sharing program for private property owners, and specifies construction standards and budgeting guidelines. The plan culminates in a multi-year sidewalk replacement schedule, aiming to enhance ADA compliance, pedestrian safety, and overall accessibility.

The City Council discussed the search process for a new administrative leader, specifically focusing on the evaluation and selection of candidates.
