This document is an implementation matrix for the strategic action plan, focusing on achieving six critical success factors: fostering an active, vibrant, and engaged community; promoting thoughtful growth and a prosperous local economy; ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment; building an inspired, aligned, and proactive city organization; maintaining financial stability and resilience; and providing quality infrastructure, amenities, and services. It outlines the progress and next steps for various initiatives towards these goals.

The board discussed a variance request for a property on Ridgeview Drive, LLC. The board also discussed a variance request to allow for the construction of a garage located between the principal building and the front property line. The board further discussed the criteria for each of the "Findings of Fact" as follows: Preservation of Intent, Exceptional Circumstances, Economic Hardship and Self-Imposed Hardship not Grounds for Variance, Preservation of Property Rights, Absence of Detriment.

The meeting included discussions and reviews of several site plans. An expansion of the sales/inventory parking lot at Kunes Buick GMC of Oak Creek was reviewed. Amended site and architectural plans for an addition to Oak Creek Veterinary Care were also under consideration. Additionally, a sign plan amendment for the replacement of the Drexel Town Square monument sign was reviewed.

The meeting included discussions and reviews of several items. The commission reviewed recent Common Council actions, including updates on the North Bluff Park planning process, approval for a roundabout design contract, and amendments to tax incremental districts. There was also a review of a plan presented by Sean Phalen DTS mixed use LLC on behalf Hand and Stone for modifications to the north windows. Additionally, the commission discussed conditions and restrictions to rezone a property at 8950 South 27th Street.

The commission discussed and took action on several key items. They reviewed a request to rezone properties on West Drexel Avenue from manufacturing to highway business, and a motion was made to recommend approval to the Common Council. The commission also reviewed and approved site and building plans for an expansion of a detached garage. Additionally, they discussed and approved plans for a proposed fire-training tower expansion, including the materials and design, with considerations for training purposes and community benefits.
