Ccri Curriculum Review Committee Meeting
The meeting included non-action announcements from several departments regarding minor changes to course requirements, including changes to requisites for SURG 1000, adjustments to Fine Arts program requirements, and non-substantive changes to ACCT, FNBK, GBUS, MARK, and MNGT programs. Additionally, the Performing Arts department announced changes to its Theatre programs. The Physics and Engineering department proposed minor changes to the Advanced Manufacturing and Design program. Action items included reviewing revised and new course proposals for General Sociology (SOCS 1010), Juvenile Delinquency and Justice (SOCS 2320), and reactivating courses for Spanish for Human Services Personnel I (SPAN 1210), Introduction to Africana Studies (AAAF 1201), Composition I (ENGL 1010), and Introduction to Corrections (CJUS 2310).
