The plan is structured around eight key goals: protecting community character and enhancing the built environment, securing a sustainable long-term water supply, delivering exceptional public services, recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce, supporting a growing and diverse local economy, collaborating to provide high-quality education, investing in modern infrastructure and technological systems, and preserving and supporting the development of attainable housing.
