Additionally, an offer from Mo and Ashley Elmir for Lots 22 and 23, Block 2 of Manns Ranch Addition Unit No. 2 was reviewed and rejected.
The Commission addressed several items including the approval of Appropriation Ordinance A-18 and various appointments to the Airport Advisory Board. Key actions included the approval of ordinances to vacate portions of alley right-of-ways, a change order for the 2020 KDOT CCLIP project, and an agreement with Geary County for road overlay work. Additionally, the Commission authorized a grant application for the KDOT Kansas Airport Improvement Program, approved the purchase of a used trailer, and passed ordinances amending temporary sign permits and the annual organization of the City Commission.
